OmniserviceAI provides tools for creating, training, and deploying AI-powered voice and chat agents that can interact with users, answer questions, and handle support tasks using company data such as documents, websites, and videos.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use OmniserviceAI. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of Services
By using OmniserviceAI, you agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not upload, share, or use data that violates intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or third-party terms.
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with system security or network operations.
- Be responsible for any data or materials uploaded into your AI agent workspace.
5. Uploaded Data and AI Training
When you upload data (e.g., PDFs, DOCX, TXT, website URLs, videos):
- You retain full ownership of your data.
- You grant OmniserviceAI a limited license to process the data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
- We do not use your private data to train public AI models or share it externally.
- All data processing and storage occur on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), following its security and compliance standards.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our AI agents generate responses based on your provided data.
- OmniserviceAI is not responsible for inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated outputs.
- You are solely responsible for how you use or present any generated responses to third parties.
7. Payment and Subscription (if applicable)
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
- Pricing and billing terms will be displayed during purchase.
- You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
(Currently, OmniserviceAI is in an early stage and may not yet charge users. Future billing terms will be updated accordingly.)
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the OmniserviceAI platform—including the software, interfaces, and trademarks—belong to OmniserviceAI.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.
9. Service Availability
We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or external issues (e.g., GCP downtime) may temporarily affect availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniserviceAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
12. Privacy
Your use of OmniserviceAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
